Drop in Sessions
If you need that extra hour or two to have your haircut, go to the dentist. You can pay for your child to come to an extra one off session or lunch club to suit you. Ask Wendy, Michelle or Julie.
Learning Journals
Each child's learning journal will be left out for parents and children to look at. Children can bring in photos to add to their "special book". They will take this book with them when they leave Butterflies.
WOW Sheets
We have introduced WOW sheets which are for you and us to use to write about anything that your child has achieved.
Library Bus
The library bus (see the Mobile Library Route and dates - our route is G) comes to the pre-school every other Tuesday morning. If your child takes a book home please ensure the book is returned the following week.
Lunch Club
A good opportunity for your child to learn some good social skills, learn about healthy eating and to increase their independent skills, i.e. opening lunch box, putting their rubbish in the bins etc. Please note lunchboxes will need an ice pack in. Butterflies have some in the freezer if you need to use one.
