There are at present 4 members of staff:

• Wendy Massingham
  Wendy is our supervisor, she is foundation degree level 5 qualified in Childcare and Education in Early Years, she is a level 4 in Child Protection, a qualified 1st Aider, and NSPCC.
• Julie Chivers
  Julie is NVQ Level III qualified, SENCO, 1st Aider and NSPCC.
• Michelle Gale
  Michelle is NVQ III qualified, NSPCC and 1st Aider.

OFSTED and the Criminal Records Bureau carry out checks on all staff. All Staff under go training in child protection. Staff work on a ratio of 1:4 for 2-3 year olds and 1:6 for over 3 years old with a minimum of 2 at all times. For outings this ratio is 1:2.
