Each child has their own keyworker who helps them to settle in and become familiar with the staff, children and environment. The children get to make their own name tags, and boxes for home time information, pictures etc.). We treat every child as an individual and therefore take on board what the parent/carer has to say about their child's needs. We provide a tailor made settling in plan for each child in order to allow every individual the time that they require to grow accustomed to their pre-school.
